What makes wax art special?

Our paintings are created in encaustic, an ancient technique that blends pure beeswax with damar resin for strength and a natural, pearlescent glow. Warm layers of wax are brushed onto archival wood panels and fused with gentle heat so each stratum bonds to the next. The result is a luminous surface with organic movement, colors seem to float, shift, and deepen as the light changes throughout the day.

Every painting is signed, the sides are cleanly finished, and the back is wired, so it arrives ready to hang.
